Card(s) Not Working
To replace a prepaid gift card that you believe is damaged, deactive or expired, please follow the directions on this page. If your card was not activated by the station when it was sold, our customer service department will activate the card and contact you when it has been activated. Please note that you are not required to send your damaged card back. If you are having trouble using this website, you can use this alternate damaged card form to send us your request by mail.
Lost or Stolen Cards
If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately, at info@svmcards.com, so your card can be cancelled. If there is still value on your card, a replacement card will be sent less a 15% replacement fee. The 15% fee is taken off of the face value of the card.
Card Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your card for another brand, there is a 15% fee. The 15% fee will be taken off of the balance of the replacement card. You can exchange your card for the following brands: ARCO, BP, Chevron, ExxonMobil, Sunoco or Texaco. Please note in the comments section which brand you would like to exchange your card for. Gift cards are not returnable for a refund.
Replacement Process
Your replacement card will be mailed in 7 to 10 business days from submitting your request. Replacements valued at less than $150 will be mailed via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for shipping via First Class Mail. Replacement cards valued at over $150 will be sent FedEx Ground and you will be charged an additional $6.95 for lost, stolen, or card exchanges. Please note replacements sent via FedEx will require a signature. If you would like your replacement card(s) sent to a business address, please note that in the comments section. Once you receive your replacement card(s), please discard your old card(s).
